In November, we introduced a simple idea: the trade-off between taste and efficacy is a false compromise. Hi-Creatine Bites proved that you can have both. The Chinese zodiac is a 12-year cycle where each year gets its own unique animal: Rat, Ox, Tiger, Rabbit, Dragon, Snake, Horse, Goat, Monkey, Rooster, Dog, and Pig. Your birth year signifies your animal, and each one carries unique personality traits. A Wood Snake year carries a very different energy from a Fire Snake year, even though the animal is the same. This year is the Year of the Fire Horse, associated with passion, movement, and fierce independence. Lunar New Year marks the start of a new cycle. It follows the moon’s calendar, which is why the new year date shifts each year. It’s celebrated across East and Southeast Asia with family gatherings, feasts, and fireworks. And then there’s the best part: red packets (红包 / hóngbāo). Married adults and elders slip crisp, new bills into bright red envelopes and hand them out to younger family members as a blessing for luck and prosperity. The color red itself is believed to ward off evil spirits. Kids strategize about who to visit first, and adults quietly debate the right amount to give - it’s an art form and a love language all at once. We’re excited to present our collaboration with @_oo0o0ooo_ for our rendition of red packets for the year of the fire horse, which comes free with every order placed on our website. A common question we receive about HI-CREATINE Bites is: how are they different from powders? When developing HI-CREATINE, we set out to solve two of the most common friction points with traditional creatine supplementation: taste (which affects adherence) and portability. For many people, sticking to a consistent creatine routine is harder than it should be - powders can be unpleasant to take, and the texture isn’t always enjoyable. They’re also inconvenient on the go: traveling with tubs is cumbersome, and if you’re aren’t careful you end up making a mess. HI-CREATINE Bites are designed to remove those barriers, while delivering the same creatine monohydrate you’d get from a traditional powder, without the usual downsides.
FOULPLAY athlete @mccmaire and her partner just added another Elite 15 Doubles in Phoenix to the books, and set a new PB of 56:51, even with a mystery penalty in the mix. They went toe-to-toe with the best, beat out some familiar Elite 15 names, and even though they missed the target by a touch, the step forward is obvious. Growth isn’t always loud — sometimes it’s just showing up better than last time. Not done. Just getting started.

For our collaboration with @hikingpatrol for the Paris Fashion Week season, we developed a special flavour profile that reflects the heritage and temperament of our partner. Berries are arguably the highlight of Norway, especially during the July to September region - and since there were too many berry strains, the end flavour was a potpourri of a few key berries such as strawberries, blueberries and raspberries. We had fun developing this project, and are grateful for our first collaborator @hikingpatrol for creating something to anchor Norwegian flavours during Paris Fashion Week. This is unavailable as a commercial flavour now… but things might change in future ;)
