1. Where We Ship

We currently ship from Singapore to:

  • Local: Singapore

  • International: To be confirmed

If your country is not listed at checkout, please contact us at hi@usefoulplay.com and we’ll see what we can do.


2. Local Shipping (Singapore)

Free Shipping Threshold

  • Free standard local shipping for orders S$50 and above (after discounts, before shipping).

  • For orders below S$50, a flat shipping fee of S$2 will apply.

Order Processing & Cut-Off Time

  • Orders are processed Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays, in Singapore Time (GMT+8).

  • Orders placed before 5:00pm will usually be handed over to our courier on the same working day.

  • Orders placed after 5:00pm (or on weekends/public holidays) will be handed over to the courier on the next working day.

Delivery Timeframe

Once your order has been passed to the courier, delivery typically takes:

  • 1 working day within Singapore (after courier pickup).

Please note: delivery times are estimates and may be affected by courier delays, weather, festive periods, or other factors beyond our control.


3. International Shipping

Shipping Rates & Timeframes

  • International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your destination and order weight/size.

  • Estimated delivery times will be shown at checkout, but can vary due to customs processing and local courier performance in your country.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

For all overseas orders, the buyer is fully responsible for any:

  • Import duties

  • Customs fees

  • Local sales taxes (e.g. VAT, GST)

  • Handling or brokerage charges imposed by the destination country

These charges are not included in our product prices or shipping fees and may be collected by your local customs authorities or courier before final delivery. We do not have control over these fees and cannot predict their exact amount.

If you refuse a shipment due to customs charges or fail to clear customs in time, any return shipping fees, abandonment fees, or additional costs will be deducted from your refund (if the parcel is returned to us).


4. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number (where available).

  • You can track your parcel using the link provided in the email.

  • If tracking seems stuck or unclear, please allow 24–48 hours for updates, then contact the courier or email us at hi@usefoulplay.com if you still need help.


5. Address Accuracy & Failed Deliveries

Please ensure that your shipping address, contact number, and postal code are entered accurately at checkout.

We are not responsible for:

  • Parcels delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer

  • Delays caused by incomplete or inaccurate address details

  • Additional charges incurred for re-delivery or address changes after dispatch

If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address, failed delivery, or uncollected parcel:

  • We can resend the order once you pay the additional re-shipping fee, or

  • Refund the order (excluding original shipping fees and any return charges we incur).


6. Damaged or Missing Parcels

If your parcel arrives damaged or appears to be lost:

  1. Take clear photos of the packaging and product(s) (if damaged).

  2. Contact us at hi@usefoulplay.com within 7 days of the estimated delivery date.

  3. Provide your order number and a brief description of the issue.

We’ll work with our courier partner to investigate and, where appropriate, offer a replacement or partial refund at our discretion.


7. Pre-Orders & Backorders (If Applicable)

For items marked as pre-order or backorder:

  • The estimated shipping window will be stated on the product page.

  • Your order will ship once all items are available (including any in-stock items in the same order), unless otherwise stated.

  • If you prefer split shipments, additional shipping charges may apply—reach out to us before placing your order.


8. Public Holidays & Peak Periods

During public holidays, festive seasons, or major sales, processing and delivery times may be longer than usual due to higher order volumes and courier congestion. We appreciate your patience during these periods.
